Local Manufacturer National Band & Tag Company Recognized for Cultural Excellence

Newport, KY, August 20, 2015 --(PR.com)-- National Band & Tag Company receives the Perfect 10 Certified Culture Award! Presented by the Perfect 10 (P10) Corporate Cultures Company, National Band & Tag is the first company in two years to score high enough on a P10 culture audit to earn this award.

The P10 award is given to those who demonstrate excellence in the 13 Cultural Imperatives essential to creating an environment where employees want to work and customers want to do business. NB&T achieved this award by having a culture audit performed by P10 Corporate Cultures Company, which involved all employees, who were willing to participate, taking an online survey and some select employees being interviewed by P10 culture specialists.

While receiving the award, National Band & Tag's president, Faye Wendel, stated, "We work hard to make National Band an excellent place to work for our employees, this award only helps to prove that we are on the right track!" This was NB&T's first cultural audit in 113 years and management was thrilled with the results, but are still planning to improve and grow their corporate culture.
