Devonport City Council Achieves 100% Compliance with CAMMS

In the spirit of a better Tasmania, Devonport City Council uses CAMMS PES to become an organisation focused on achievement.

Devonport, Australia, August 27, 2015 --( Continuing its journey of betterment, Devonport City Council has created a spirited and performance oriented employee culture through CAMMS’ Personnel Evaluation System (PES).

Realising that its employee evaluation process was limited and ineffective, Council decided to implement a solution that could transform its system to enhance communication and cultivate a high performance culture.

CAMMS PES was chosen as the ideal solution as it maintains a uniform appraisal methodology and ensures employees are aligned with organisational strategy. The functionality enables consistent performance reviews, flexible assessment templates and on demand reporting and analytics.

Jacci McDougal, HR Coordinator Devonport City Council says, “We didn't have a methodology that could apply to all users, but PES gives us the consistent approach we require. Employees also get to assess themselves on how they feel they are performing which is a big plus for us.”

As a result Council now enjoys increased participation in performance reviews with a 100% completion rate for the past two Financial Years.

“By empowering organisations with best practice methodology CAMMS products offers proven ROI in terms of increased performance and efficiency. We are proud to be a part of Devonport City Council’s journey towards achievement,” adds Adam Collins, CAMMS Director.
