Attorney Amanda Brock Honored by Gulfshore Business 40 Under 40

Brock concentrates her practice in administrative law, particularly in the area of land use and environmental law. She handles matters involving zoning, development approvals, environmental compliance, property tax appeals, and hazardous waste site remediation. Brock speaks frequently on land use and environmental matters and contributes to the firm's The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate blog. For seven consecutive years (2009-2015), she has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine as a “Rising Star” in the field of land use, zoning and environmental law. Brock also holds an AV® rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Brock is very active in the community. She serves as Vice President on the Board of Governors for the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS); on the Leadership Council for the Take Stock in Children program; and on the Lee County Conservation Land Acquisition and Stewardship Advisory Committee (CLASAC). Brock is also active in the legal community and serves on the Executive Council of the Environmental and Land Use Section (ELULS) of the Florida Bar, chairing the Land Use Committee; is Vice Chair of the Land Use Bar Section of the Lee County Bar Association; and, is a member of the Administrative Law Section of The Florida Bar.
