Industry Vet Michael Baer Joins Laughlin Constable as Its First Chief Marketing Officer

Baer has driven growth and account wins for a number of large national and independent agencies.

Milwaukee, WI, October 28, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Michael Baer, an advertising veteran who has driven growth and account wins for a number of large national and independent agencies, has joined Laughlin Constable as its first chief marketing officer. Laughlin Constable is a national, full-service branding agency with offices in Chicago, Milwaukee, New York and New Jersey. Baer will split his time primarily between the Chicago and Milwaukee offices.

Baer comes to Laughlin Constable from mobile ad/tech start up Digital Factory in Chicago, where he was CMO. He previously served as general manager of Fathom Communication’s Chicago office, where he won the Hunter Fan Company account shortly after becoming GM of that office and overseeing organic revenue growth of 15-20 percent for existing clients. He also held senior management positions at Starcom and Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago and at Lowe & Partners and Foote Cone & Belding in New York. A University of Virginia graduate, Baer is a contributing columnist for Talent Zoo, MediaPost’s Marketing Daily, Street Fight and is the creator of the Stratecution blog.
