Registration Opens for "Turning Unhappy Customers Into Raving Fans"
Getting off to a good start in the new year is one of the keys to having success in business. The upcoming Above Board luncheon will give business owners some great tips on keeping customers happy as the new year gets underway. Panelists in a variety of industries will present on the best ways to turn those unhappy customers into fans.

Registration on or before Thursday, Jan. 7 will be $25 for members, $30 for guests. After Jan. 7, registration will be $28 for members, $33 for guests.
