GSF Mortgage Names Jim Ahlin Area Manager

Wayzata, MN, March 31, 2016 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage is pleased to name Jim Ahlin, formerly a branch manager out of the Colorado office, as new area manager. He will be responsible for expanding the GSF Mortgage footprint in both the Colorado and Minnesota regions.

Ahlin will shift his focus from originating loans to recruiting new loan originators. He will present the strengths and opportunities that GSF Mortgage has to offer. GSF Mortgage is now a direct seller/servicer to all three agencies: Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae. It also retains servicing on 75 percent of its loans in-house.

Ahlin has been with GSF Mortgage for more than two years and has built a team of eight successful loan officers and is looking to grow and expand in the region.
