)-- Dichtomatik leaders attended the Power Transmission Distribution Association’s (PTDA) governance meeting and leadership conference on March 2nd – 4th. The Spring Meeting and conference was held at the Double Tree by Hilton & Suites in historic downtown Charleston, SC. Troy Hanson, Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager, and Alonso Rhenals, Director of National Accounts, represented Dichtomatik at the conference. Troy and Alonso gained great insight on current market activity, and improving organizational effectiveness while fostering new business relationships.
For over 18 years Dichtomatik has been a loyal member of PTDA and continues to be actively involved today. As part of an action taskforce committee, Alonso Rhenals was excited to learn from his transmission and motion control industry peers during the three-day event. Troy Hanson, a ten-year Dichtomatik veteran, “learned as much possible on how to effectively train and lead the new and unique generation of Millenials.”
