She has over 15 years experience as a senior professional in Human Resources, and earned the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and the SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Management-Senior Certified Professional) from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington Adventist University in Washington, DC, and certifications from BSI and Georgia Tech for ISO 9000 Quality Systems and Statistical Process Control.
