July Above Board Chamber of Florida Luncheon Dives Into Having Fun in the Workplace

The July meeting should be lots of fun as local business owners share what their company does to create fun team building experiences, outings, and field trips. 

Fort Myers, FL, June 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Above Board Chamber of Florida is pleased to present “Field Trips Are Not Just for Kids!” from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, July 11, at the Hilton Naples, 5111 Tamiami Trail N. in Naples; and on Thursday, July 14, at the Harborside Event Center, 1375 Monroe St., Fort Myers.

Employers who know how to create fun in the workplace generally enjoy greater loyalty from employees who are more productive and healthier in mind, body and spirit. As the old saying goes, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Learn some team-building techniques from our panel of experts on this seriously fun topic.

Naples panelists include Carol L. Obermeier, director of air services development at Southwest Florida International Airport; Florice Hodges, public relations director of Best Home Services; and Julio Barina of Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company. Sue Huff, president of E. Sue Huff and Associates will serve as emcee. The sponsor of the Naples luncheon is Kim Escarra of Nations Reliable Lending.

Fort Myers panelists include Phillip Starling, general manager of Sundial Beach Resort & Spa; Christina Harris Schwinn of the Pavese Law Firm; Carol L. Obermeier, director of air services development at Southwest Florida International Airport and Andrew Williams, owner and CEO of Spada Salon & Day Spa. Connie Ramos-Williams, president and chief marketing officer of CONRIC PR & Marketing will serve as emcee. The sponsor of the Fort Myers luncheon is Karen Hawes of KB Spirit Design Inc.

Reservations for July are now being accepted. The price includes lunch, beverage, networking and panel discussion. Registration for either luncheon is $25 for members and $30 for guests.
