Three’s a Charm for Blue Chip – IT Services Provider Invests for Growth

As well as appointing a new General Sales Manager and opening a brand new London office, Blue Chip have redesigned their website to provide a more rewarding customer experience.

Poole, United Kingdom, August 19, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Following sustained success in their transition from a traditional reseller to a managed services specialist, leading IT Services and Solutions provider Blue Chip are making significant investments to drive growth whilst enhancing customer service.

Blue Chip’s Sales and Marketing Director Anthony Green commented, “At Blue Chip we recognise that client interactions are far more important than a hard sell. Developing great relationships comes first; our customers want to be listened to, not just 'sold' to, especially with a factor as important as their IT infrastructure. Last year we made a significant investment into restructuring our Account Management teams to reflect our SME, Corporate and Enterprise specific skillsets in order to facilitate this. The result is a much more customer-centric approach, as each of our Account Managers is experienced with serving customers of a particular size, understanding their specific needs enables them to confidently advise which solutions will benefit them the most.”

To offer further customer support and additional structure within the Sales teams, Blue Chip have created the brand new role of General Sales Manager, appointing Oliver Bruffell. With ten years’ experience at Blue Chip and a great desire to facilitate better communication with customers, Oliver will be overseeing day-to-day account management and sharing his expansive knowledge of the IT market and end user requirements. Oliver’s expertise and capability in Sales Management will allow him to engage with customers in a more strategic way to help in the long-term development of their IT services, as well as giving board members the additional operational bandwidth to focus on the business strategy and development aspects of their roles.

As well as a new senior management appointment, Blue Chip have allocated more resources for account management and have opened a new office in London, staffed by an extremely experienced and conscientious team focused on both the acquisition of new customers and providing an enhanced level of service for existing customers in and around the capital. The new London base has been designed to offer greater support to clients that are situated between the existing Leeds office and Poole headquarters, so they are safe in the knowledge that talented staff are more conveniently available.

To support these recent changes, Blue Chip have also designed a fresh new website at the new address of www.bluechip.com, created with the customer journey in mind. Designed to accommodate both Business Executive and IT Professionals alike, the site is full of clear, concise, high-quality information on how Blue Chip’s services and solutions can benefit your business. The new website site is easy to navigate, mobile friendly and provides a clear user journey that is full of valuable content, including a regular blog and downloadable White Papers.

Anthony Green continues, “We are proud to have so many customers who have come to us initially for a single project, and have stayed with us for years. This is a testament to the high quality, client-focused staff at Blue Chip, who are experienced with helping customers of a particular size achieve their goals by providing solutions that really work for them. With the addition of a new GSM, our London office and a great new website, we believe that we can progress with developing the quality of our customer engagement and continue to provide excellent service.”
