DESCO Medical Service Now an Authorized Service Provider for Miele Washers
Norfolk, MA, September 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- DESCO Medical Service today announced it has been selected to be an authorized service provider by Miele, Inc., a world renowned manufacturer of appliances used for reprocessing medical instruments and laboratory equipment. This is the second significant move deeper into equipment sterilization for DESCO this year and represents a key step in the company’s expansion from its traditional Northeast marketplace.

The experience Bordenca refers to stems largely from a company called Pocono Sterilizer, a Pennsylvania-based service and sales company that DESCO purchased earlier this year. Based in Saylorsburg, PA, Poconos specializes in the installation, maintenance and management of autoclaves and washers. It is the leading sterilization service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region. Richard Bauer, the former owner of Pocono is a well-known and respected sales and service engineer and is himself a factory-approved sales associate for Miele who will essentially head up the team of DESCO technicians who comprise the full complement of service providers who will represent the line.
