Experienced industry executive Tracy Meetre joined the third party logistics (3PL) and freight payment provider, which is headquartered in St. Louis.
Meetre brings two decades of customer solutions and supply chain expertise to the vice president position, and is eager to help Sunset enhance value and savings to its customers, agents and channel partners alike.
Experienced 3PL Leader In Supply Chain Integration, Freight Management
“Tracy is a proven sales and marketing leader with strong capabilities in logistics and transportation,” said Craig Marton, president and COO. “Her industry experience and proactive leadership, coupled with her successful and innovative approach to logistics is a tremendous asset that will benefit Sunset customers with enhanced services and savings.”
Meetre most recently served as vice president of sales for Transplace, an international non-asset-based 3PL provider with logistics technology and transportation management services. Prior to that, she was on the leadership team at St. Louis-based LMS Logistics. During her 18 years at LMS, she was instrumental in developing and launching TOTAL, an award-winning transportation management system (TMS) and helping the company grow, ultimately positioning it for acquisition.
