About David Fisch

David Fisch is the Vice President of Semiconductor Market and Technology Analysis at Tessera, a subsidiary of Xperi Corporation. He has over 35 years of hands-on and management experience in semiconductor memory design and patent licensing.

At Tessera, his team actively manages a portfolio of semiconductor packaging, circuit, process technology, and imaging patents. The portfolio management activity includes patent prosecution, patent acquisition, and ongoing portfolio review and tuning.

Prior to Tessera, Mr. Fisch was the Chief Architect at Innovative Silicon, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

He also served as VP of Engineering at Ramtron/Enhanced Memory Systems and as a Sr. DRAM Design Engineer at United Memories.

Mr. Fisch is the named inventor on 23 US patents and has received numerous awards for his publications in technical journals.

He holds BS Degree in Physics from Case Western Reserve University and a MS EE degree from Southern Methodist University.
