The 50-minute video features Slome recorded at the first National Short-Term Care Insurance industry conference that took place in Dallas.
"If you sell Medicare or long-term care insurance products, you should learn how short-term care insurance could benefit your clients and prospects," Slome shares. While not available in all states, the video addresses where products are approved right up front.
Sales of the product have been growing according to the annual industry analysis undertaken by the Advisory Center. "We are committed to doing what we can to promote the category and to helping more agents get their start with this product," Slome adds. "Once they start, they understand how this is a viable planning option and how it is especially idea for the significant number of individuals who want some long-term care coverage but can not afford or health qualify for traditional long-term care insurance."
