Rishi is Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at AT&T Services, Inc., focused on federal regulatory matters and eDiscovery issues. His practice covers all aspects of antitrust investigations and litigation, including counseling as well as data preservation, collection, processing, review and production. He also speaks regularly at conferences on legal technology issues, and has published articles with co-authors on machine learning and predictive coding. Prior to joining AT&T, Rishi was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, D.C., representing Antitrust and Telecommunications Regulatory clients in front of federal courts and agencies.
