He also manages the company’s internal discovery processes, with a focus on the application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and technology assisted review to control litigation costs and enhance the value of internal discovery processes. Prior to working at Capital One, Graham practiced at firms in Richmond, VA, in Washington, DC, providing electronic discovery and information governance related advice to Fortune 500 clients engaged in a wide variety of litigation.
