The Chairmen’s RoundTable Welcomes New Mentors

Additions expand diversity and experience of non-profit organization’s executive mentoring team.

San Diego, CA, August 31, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego non-profit organization that provides pro-bono mentoring to CEOs of private businesses in the Greater San Diego area, announced today that eight new mentors have joined in its mission to build a better San Diego one company at a time.

Dana Shertz, Felicia Lyon, Mike Irwin, Don Willis, Jamie Howard, Susannah Stewart, Sherri Neasham and Malcolm Bund have each committed to volunteering their time to support the CRT’s executive mentoring program.

“I am really excited about these additions to our team,” said Paul Thiel, CRT’s Chairman. “I am confident they will make key contributions to our mentoring activities by bringing their enthusiasm, diverse backgrounds and experience to our client companies.”

Each mentor has their own motivation for joining CRT. Felicia Lyon explained, “As I began my career, it was important for me to have an impact in people’s lives. After 5 years as a police officer, I learned I needed to find the right avenue to effect positive change but in a different environment. That’s when I started business consulting. Now I help organizations thrive by building the structure that brings together the strategy and the people. Those are the traits I’m looking forward to bringing the CRT – helping leaders in San Diego build successful businesses with empowered and engaged employees.”
