Gina comes to KJT Group from Ipsos UU where she was Qualitative Research Director, consulting with clients to develop the best approach for their objectives, leading moderator/ project manager teams, ensuring high quality execution and client satisfaction, and collaborating with other business units to drive growth. Prior to her time at Ipsos, Gina worked at Ethicon Endo – Surgery (a Johnson & Johnson company) and Procter and Gamble.
With more than 20 years of experience in market research, Gina has a passion for unique ideas, translating data into meaningful strategic insights, and deep customer understanding. Her qualitative expertise includes in-person, telephone, and online focus groups and in-depth interviews, in-context/ethnography, usability/user experience, immersions, empathy experiences, and strategic workshops.

Gina received a Master of Business Administration with a marketing concentration from Xavier University – Williams College of Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Marketing degree from the College of Mount St. Joseph and an Associate of Science degree from Cincinnati State College.
