BryLin Behavioral Health System Hires New Director of Medical Services

BryLin Behavioral Health System announces the hiring of Felicity Mack, M.D. as the new Director of Medical Services. Prior to joining BryLin, she has had several years of diverse experience as a family practice specialist and was affiliated with Houston Methodist Hospital.

Dr. Mack completed her Residency at Memorial Family Medicine in Houston, Texas where she received the MFMRP Excellence in Psychiatry Award. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston.

At BryLin, Dr. Mack will be accountable for medical operations, client access and flow, direct supervision of the provision of medical services, and the medical staff providing these services throughout the organization.

BryLin Behavioral Health System services include BryLin Hospital, an (88) bed psychiatric hospital where care is provided for children, adolescents, and adults, and BryLin Behavioral Health Center, where both outpatient mental health care and outpatient substance use disorder care is offered. The System serves the Western New York region and several counties in Central New York.
