)-- DISA Global Solutions announces that the assets and business of Forward Edge, Inc. have been acquired effective October 1, 2017. Forward Edge is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) headquartered in Pasadena, TX with additional service center offices located in Borger, TX and Katy, TX. For over 25 years they have provided high quality, personalized service to their clients including drug and alcohol testing, background investigations, transportation compliance, and training.
DISA Toxicology, a DISA subsidiary effective October 1, 2017, has also acquired the assets and business of One Source Toxicology Laboratory, Inc. (OST). Since 1999, OST has delivered quality toxicology laboratory services with rapid and defensible results through its SAMHSA-certified laboratory.
