Awards, Acknowledgment and Positive Response to 2018 Collections Cap Casual Market for CASTELLE

Synopsis: During the recent Casual Market Chicago the 2017 Territory Managers Awards were presented by CASTELLE. Excellence in sales and service were recognized including the prestigious President’s Award that was given to Carmen Squadrito. Castelle’s Manufacturing Leadership in the Cast Aluminum Category was also acknowledged for the fourth time and a positive response to the manufacturer’s 2018 collections and programs was received.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL, October 12, 2017 --(PR.com)-- During the recent 2017 Casual Market Chicago, outdoor furnishings designer and manufacturer, CASTELLE, proudly recognized members of its independent sales force. At the same market, Castelle also was acknowledged for the fourth time for manufacturing leadership in the cast aluminum category by the International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA) membership. The overall market was noteworthy as Castelle’s new introductions and programs for 2018 also received an overwhelmingly positive response.

The Castelle awards were presented by Derek Ritzel, president and C.E.O. for CASTELLE on the eve of the opening of the Casual Market Chicago and included the President’s Award, the Pioneer Award and other awards recognizing excellence in sales, territory development and new customer segment growth. This annual event was held in the company’s Chicago Merchandise Mart
showroom.

The top award given for overall excellence in customer service, superior product knowledge, and territory and customer sales growth for the Castelle® product brand is the President’s Award. This year, Carmen Squadrito, who has represented CASTELLE in North and South Carolina since 2016, was the recipient. Squadrito also was recognized with the Pioneer award. Although in his first year with the company, Carmen was able to produce the highest percentage increase in new customer development within his territory during the 2016-17 season.

Gary Moretti, a western U.S. territory manager for Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona and Southern Nevada, won the Designer Award recognizing the most improved territory for sales to the designer category. Rachel Hernandez, with her partner, Don Bennett of Bennett-Hernandez, took home the top award for sales in the Summer Winds product category. The Most Improved Territory award was
given to Tommy Durden, Territory Manager for the mid-west including Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, North and South Dakota and Minnesota.

Castelle also was acknowledged with an award during the market. For the fourth time, the ICFA membership recognized Castelle for manufacturing leadership in the cast aluminum category.
