Houston, TX, December 21, 2017 --(PR.com
)-- Access Consciousness, a global personal empowerment movement present in over 170 countries, will host its 5th annual Global Access Bars Day, estimated to reach tens of thousands of participants on January 6, 2018.
For years, the concept of energetic healing has been fraught with images of hippies, flowing robes and white light. However, recent years have seen a growing conversation around energy, electro-magnetism, consciousness and cutting-edge understandings of physical healing, and energy healing techniques such as Access Bars® have found their way into prisons, schools and businesses worldwide.
On January 6, 2018, 5000 Access Bars® facilitators in over 100 countries will host a free, global online healing forum, demonstrating first-hand how the technique of energetic healing works, and the positive effects it has on physical, mental and emotional health.
Access Bars® utilizes pressure points on the head to defragment the electro-magnetic components of stress, thought and emotions and has brought relief to thousands internationally. The technique has been in practice for over 20 years, but was only performed on this huge international scale for the first time in 2013. This year participants from all over the world, such as in India, Australia, Croatia, the United States will take part in the online event.
The content is prerecorded and will be available to stream from 6PM PST on Jan 5th through 11PM PST on January 6th. Participants can anticipate the following:
Hundreds of dollars’ worth of classes offered for free
Documentaries on the technique will be live streamed
Playlists of people’s experiences with Access Bars
Over 100 countries, 2000 qualified facilitators involved
Enjoy the whole event – you will not fall asleep.

Gary Douglas, is the developer of the Access Bars and founder of Access Consciousness, a movement which offers pragmatic tools to empower individuals and groups to become totally aware, make powerful changes and to function as a healthy and conscious being.
“The widespread goal of Access Consciousness is to create a world of consciousness and oneness. During this 5th annual Global Access Bars Day, our hope and goal is to bring a sense of peace across the earth and with the people we love, in particular,” shares Douglas.
Access Bars® has assisted thousands of people to improve many aspects of their body and life including insomnia, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, depression, stress, migraines panic attacks, OCD. The effects of Access Bars® are individual to each person and differ from session to session however, in addition to improved physical health, recipients have reported greater intuitive awareness, more gratitude, kindness, peace and calm and easier communication. At worst, people feel like they have just had a phenomenal massage at the conclusion of each session; at best their whole life can change into something greater with total ease.
A Bars session usually lasts for 60 – 90 minutes and is a process you can undertake as a one-off, monthly, weekly or daily experience. It is used in prisons, businesses and schools around the world to facilitate greater health and wellbeing.
