Benicia, CA, January 03, 2018 --(PR.com
)-- Pacific Ozone proudly announces that it is a founding member of EuOTA, the European Trade Association for ozone generator manufacturers supplying the European Market, and is a co-owner of the EuTOA Ozone Dossier.
EuOTA was formed to work under the required regulations of the European Biocidal Products Regulations (BPR) EU 528/2012 BPR, where ozone is now regulated as an “active substance.” For today’s ozone products offered for sale, only products that have an ozone “active substance dossier” (Ozone Dossier) or a letter of access to an Ozone Dossier can be placed on the European Market.
Pacific Ozone, as a co-owner, has access to the recently submitted EUOTA Ozone Dossier to support its products through this EU compliance. As such, Pacific Ozone satisfies all requirements of the recent EU Biocidal Product Regulation and is authorized to distribute its ozone products to the EU countries.
EuOTA also works to improve the education, information and regulation around the use of Ozone, ensuring efficient and safe products and practices are maintained at all times.
