)-- For the fourth year, the ATD Kansas City recognized top talent development across Kansas City with their annual Excellence in Practice (EiP) Awards. The EiP Awards recognize individual contributors, consultants, contractors, and organizations in the Kansas City area who have executed projects that demonstrate innovation, impact their business and deliver measurable results.
Twenty-four nominations were submitted across five categories. Winners were celebrated at a March 1st event held in the Muehlebach Suite at the Boulevard Brewery. 2018 winners were:

Learning Technologies: Training Umbrella
Learning & Development: Cerner DevCon
Performance Improvement: JE Dunn Construction
