Five Prestigious CACM Vision Awards Given to Powerstone Property Management

Powerstone wins “Inspirational Culture,” “Client Education,” “Rising Star,” “Path to Professionalism” awards and a “Special Services Award” to CEO.

Irvine, CA, March 25, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Powerstone Property Management Inc., a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that three team members have won this year’s prestigious CACM Vision Award. Community Manager David Kelly won the “Path to Professionalism” award for mentoring and inspiring others and supporting the success of their peers. Community Manager Kylie Decker won the “Rising Star” award for individuals that have been in the industry for less than two years and have exhibited the ability to think on their feet and solve critical problems for clients. Vice President of Client Services Kendrah Kay noted how excited she is for the winners. “The fact that Kylie has exceed the Board’s expectations after such a relatively short time on the job tells me we have super talented people coming up through the organization that truly exemplify our commitment to outstanding Client service.” She added, “David is a go to internal resource when it comes to helping others set goals and achieve them. If you ask them both about their accomplishments they just say it was fun to help.” Powerstone’s CEO Rene’ Decker was the recipient of the Special Services Award for his 17 years of contributions to the Board of CACM.

Powerstone was represented with eleven nominations in a variety of categories. Other nominees include: Karina Reta, Bree Harrington, Amanda Porter, Melissa Pease,Christina Mercer, and Megan Daniel. Powerstone also won the “Inspirational Culture Award” which goes to businesses that create a culture and identity that’s unique and understands how to bring a company’s values to life in meaningful and relevant ways. On the recognition, CEO Rene’ Decker said, “I tell all of our new people how proud I am of the culture we’ve built and how much we look for new thinking and innovation to help us keep our winning Client focus.”

Another award for Powerstone was for “Client Education.” This award is presented to the business that has developed a unique and proven strategy for helping their Client Boards to be more successful. Cindy Cattern, Director of Community Relations, has managed the Board Member Boot Camp since its inception. She says, “It’s wonderful to be recognized for the high level of training and education we provide our Clients.
