Global FinTech Company ClaimVantage Develops a Team in Tokyo to Support Recent Growth

With more than 30 years insurance industry experience, Takashi Namiki has been appointed as the Business Development Manager in the Region.

Tokyo, Japan, April 27, 2018 --(PR.com)-- ClaimVantage, a leading international provider of Life and Medical claim processing software solutions, has begun to develop a local team to support the interest in insurance technology in Japan. Takashi Namiki has been appointed as the local Business Development Manager as of April 1st, 2018. With over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, Takashi has a wealth of experience and domain knowledge to successfully support the growth of ClaimVantage in Japan.

“We’re delighted to welcome Takashi on board. We’ve seen a lot of interest for insurance technology built on the Salesforce platform in Japan. Vendor solutions are a new concept to the market but we see this as a huge opportunity for insurance carriers to revolutionize the customer experience for Japanese policyholders,” says ClaimVantage CEO, Leo Corcoran, who has travelled to Japan five times over the past 12 months to support the international expansion of ClaimVantage.

“I am excited to start working with ClaimVantage Japan. Life claims should play a critical role to improve the customer experience but a lot of manual processes remain unchanged. I strongly believe that our solution will help innovate Life claim operations, and I would like to leverage my experience to contribute to the clients’ success.”

ClaimVantage has built their Life and Medical cloud-based claim processing software solution, ClaimFirst, on the Salesforce Lightning Platform. ClaimFirst offers insurance carriers a best-in-class vendor solution to replace their legacy technology, enabling them to:

● Remove paper from the claims process, storing all claim information in one central location.
● Introduce automated workflows and tasks to remove manual workarounds and reduce human error in the claims process.
● Generate ad-hoc reports using the drag-and-drop functionality of the Salesforce platform.
● Increase operational efficiency by digitizing the end-to-end claims process.

ClaimVantage offers insurance carriers the opportunity to replace their legacy systems using a phased approach, with the option to integrate with older systems.
