TechFlow Welcomes Vice Admiral David Buss to Board of Directors

Buss brings military and large defense contractor leadership experience to advisory role.

San Diego, CA, May 01, 2018 --(PR.com)-- TechFlow Incorporated, a highly innovative services and solutions company, today announced that David H. Buss has joined the company’s Board of Directors.

Vice Admiral Buss is currently the President of Cubic Global Defense, Inc. (CGD) and Senior Vice President of its parent company, Cubic Corporation, a publicly traded global tech leader in the Defense and Transportation sectors. He leads all aspects of CGD business, which spans more than 35 nations and 5500 employees worldwide. Buss is responsible for executing the growth strategy of Cubic’s worldwide defense business through integrating innovative technologies into defense training systems/services to provide cutting-edge training solutions for U.S. military and allies around the globe to ensure mission-ready forces. He was named one of the top 100 defense aerospace executives in 2017 (WASH100) recognizing his efforts to bring strategic vision, leadership and focus to the turn-around of CGD. He has significantly increased shareholder value during tenure as president with a stock price up more than 30%, market cap up 20% and the company achieving highest backlog in its 61-year history.

Prior to joining Cubic, Buss served as the U.S. Navy’s “Air Boss,” the 3-star admiral in charge of Naval Aviation responsible to Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), Secretary of the Navy for the training, equipping, and upkeep of the nation’s worldwide Naval aviation force consisting of 11 nuclear-powered aircraft carriers, 170 aviation squadrons and more than 110,000 personnel. He oversaw an annual operating budget of more than $12B before retiring in 2015.
