Psychological Associates Names New Chief Operating Officer

St. Louis, MO, June 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently named Jeff Lefton as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Lefton’s responsibilities include working closely with the company’s operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiencies for its clients and staff. He will design and implement business operations and strategies, as well as establish policies that promote the company’s culture and vision.

Prior to this position, Lefton served as Vice President of Client Services. He has worked at Psychological Associates for nearly 20 years in various capacities.

Lefton earned his MBA in Marketing, Finance and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School and his B.S. in Psychology from Tufts University.
