Virtual Signz™ Launches Virtual for Sale & To Let Boards at the Click of a Mouse
Launched last week, a free-to-use one-click UK property search web app designed to enable UK home seekers, real estate & letting agents and the "just plain curious," to quickly see available properties, for sale or rent, courtesy of virtual boards indicating the properties’ locations on a satellite map.
West Palm Beach, FL, July 07, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The app starts out by pinpointing the user’s location and then displaying for sale or to let boards (vSignz™) within a half mile radius. Zooming in closer and, where supported, the map switches to 3D showing the neighborhood in excellent definition and which properties are available.
Clicking a vSign™ takes the user to the full details of the property.
The tool also allows users to locate properties in different locations with a double tap of the finger to create a new search point.
Virtual Signz™ is the brainchild of former real estate agent and feed provider XML2U’s co-founder Corin Ashbee-Waugh, who explained, “We’ve launched this facility to make it quicker and easier for people to see which properties are available in a given location, and to address the shortcomings of the physical for sale and to let boards. Naturally, agents will continue to want to use physical boards because they provide great local advertising but, they are only seen by those people who are in that neighborhood, they fall over in anything above a gentle breeze (or a vandal), some councils ban their use, they’re not cheap, and not every homeowner allows them.”
