Marvin Schilling is Director and Head of Anti-Bribery and Corruption, at Forensic KPMG Switzerland. He holds a MScBA from the University of Berne as well as a Swiss CPA and is specialized in anti-bribery and corruption investigations (focus on FCPA) as well as fraud prevention. Performed and led a variety of anti-bribery and corruption investigations as well as FCPA reviews in various countries, such as China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, India, Jordan, Nigeria, Angola, Madagascar, Mexico, Argentina, Switzerland, Germany, France and Russia. Just recently, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published the New Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) Standard ISO 37001.
