Midland Scientific Announces Relocation of Corporate Headquarters

La Vista, NE, September 16, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Midland Scientific, Inc. announced it will relocate its corporate headquarters and Nebraska distribution center to a new, larger and more modern facility in the Omaha suburb of La Vista, Nebraska. The new building will support the company’s anticipated future growth by providing greater capacity and featuring several technological advancements. The move is expected to be completed over the next few months.

Company President, Vivian Pappel, looks forward to the move as the company has outgrown the current location. “This move reconfirms Midland Scientific’s commitment to meet the needs of our current customers and address future growth. Locating our largest distribution center in Omaha ensures our focus remains in the heart of the Midwest, while we continue our expansion to serve the entire nation,” commented Pappel.

Midland Scientific, Inc. purchased a new building that will offer 40% additional warehouse and office space, as well as an option to expand into additional square footage with anticipated future growth. The new headquarters will be the company’s largest, centralized distribution center. Corporate staff will also operate out of this new facility.

The new office will reflect Midland Scientific’s dedication to providing the best value to its customers. Offices and work stations will be designed to encourage better communication between departments and new equipment in the warehouse will improve the efficiency of shipping and receiving operations.
