Psychological Associates Hires Operations Specialist

St. Louis, MO, October 05, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently hired Donna Allen as an Operations Specialist. Her responsibilities include optimizing daily activities that involve aligning efficient business operations with customer satisfaction. She will handle the company’s assessments and surveys while simultaneously tracking and analyzing important operation reports.

Allen recently returned to Psychological Associates where she previously worked as Administrative Assistant for the Senior Vice President of Sales and, earlier in her career, as a Human Resource Generalist. Earlier in her career, she served as a Fulfillment Operations Division Lead for a local bank. Allen earned her Master of Arts degrees in both Human Resource Development and in Human Resource Management from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, MO. Allen is a member of both the Human Resource Management Association (HRMA) – St. Louis Chapter and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
