Kelley Kronenberg Welcomes Kristin E. Lechowicz and Matthew J. Warner to Its Chicago Office
Chicago, IL, October 06, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Kristin E. Lechowicz and Matthew J. Warner have joined the firm’s Chicago office as attorneys.
Lechowicz assists in handling matters related to Construction, Retail and Commercial Litigation, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation.
At the beginning of her legal career, Lechowicz represented injured workers in federal Workers' Compensation claims. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, she was as an Associate Attorney at an insurance defense firm in Chicago where she represented employers and insurance carriers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation defense. Her background experience in representing both employees and employers in Workers’ Compensation claims gives her a unique perspective into strategizing and aggressively defending claims.
Lechowicz earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from Baylor University. During her time at Baylor Law School, she participated in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Clinic. She is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Texas.
Warner assists in handling matters related to Construction, Retail and Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, General Liability and Employment & Labor.
Before joining the firm, Warner was a Litigation Associate at a national law firm where he represented financial institutions in evictions, foreclosure and tax deed matters, title coverage, divorce and probate proceedings, and matters related to various regulatory acts. He has represented financial institutions in over 150 contested foreclosure cases.
Warner earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus in Criminal Justice from Purdue University Calumet and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University Law School. During law school, he served as Co-Chair of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program in Valparaiso, Indiana. Additionally, Warner was the founding member of the law school’s Tax Moot Court and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Warner is admitted to practice law in Illinois and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
