About Dr. Pallavi Seth

Dr. Pallavi Seth has extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property and economic policy. Her industry expertise includes high-tech and consumer products such as semiconductors, flash memory devices, liquid crystal display panels, smartphones, computers, medical devices, and automobiles.

Dr. Seth is a testifying expert in Section 337 investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Recently, in Clidinium Bromide (337-TA-1109), she assisted counsel for Virtus Pharmaceuticals and ECI Pharmaceuticals by testifying on economic domestic industry and economic injury. She recently also testified in Thermoplastic-Encapsulated Electric Motors (337-TA-1073) on public interest. Dr. Seth has significant experience in evaluating economic injury from misappropriation of trade secrets. In Crawler Cranes (337-TA-887), she assisted counsel for Complainant Manitowoc in evaluating the extent to which misappropriation of trade secrets by the Respondent had caused injury to the domestic industry.
