Maintenance and troubleshooting are effectively reduced with the I.S. Sensor Head

• Time-stamped Calibration and Event Data Retrieval
Calibration Data, Remaining Sensor Life, ToD™ review, and other data is time stamped

• Optional, Integral Test-on-Demand ™ Gas Generator
Optional ToD™ cell can be manually or automatically activated to prove sensor response

• Predictive Sensor End-of-life
Displays percent sensor life remaining based on sensor specific variables

• Fully assignable and configurable relays
Transmitter faults, warnings and alarms can be assigned to any relay

• FM and ATEX Certified for Hazardous Environments
Approved for Zones 0, 1 and 2; Classes I, II, and III, Divisions 1 and 2 and all gas groups. Can be installed intrinsically safe with a Sensidyne furnished barrier

• FM Performance Certified Intelligent Gas Sensors
A wide range of gas sensors with application parameters stored in non-volatile memory

Transmitter
The FM and ATEX hazardous area approved SensAlert Plus transmitter has dual in-line conduit entries with an engineered polymer sensor head. A large backlit LCD display and non-intrusive user interface enable fast configuration, maintenance and complete sensor data retrieval. Configurable relays, analog or digital outputs, diagnostics and Test-on-demand™ deliver the highest reliability and function available from any point gas detector.

Sensor
The SensAlert Plus sensor head is certified intrinsically safe (all versions) and can be mounted on the transmitter or remotely up to 100 feet (30m). Sensors are available for monitoring toxics, Oxygen and combustible (Infrared and Catalytic) gases in many ranges. The sensor has active continuous temperature compensation and nonvolatile memory for transportable calibration and application data including gas name or type, span, alarm values and exposure history. All SensAlert Plus sensors are recognized by the transmitter which automatically configures to the sensor onboard data, while retaining previous custom settings.
