City Releases New Promotional Video to Help Attract Investment and Residents
MEDC has produced a new Marlborough – Live, Work, Play promo video.
Marlborough, MA, November 17, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Following the success of the award-winning 2017 video, Live, Work, Play in Marlborough, the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) launched a new promotional video of the city last month.
The Marlborough – Live, Work, Play 2018 video, which was posted on MEDC's Facebook page on October 29, has been viewed more than 10,000 times and shared more than 230 times to date. The original promo video, which was produced in 2016 and released in 2017, won an International Economic Development Council award this October. It has been viewed more than 80,000 times on Facebook and YouTube combined.
The video features testimonials from local residents, officials and business leaders, including Mayor Arthur Vigeant, MEDC Executive Director, Meredith Harris, Commissioner of Public Works, John Ghiloni, GE Healthcare Life Sciences Executive of Properties, Anthony Kotarski, The DAVIS Companies Vice President of Marketing, Andrea Pion, and Apex Entertainment General Manager, Marcus Kemblowski.
MEDC worked with production company, Schloss Films, to create the video, which will be used to help showcase Marlborough’s many offerings and amenities to developers, businesses, employees and residents. The video will also be shown during various community events and distributed through local organizations, companies, hotels and real estate offices.
“After an overwhelmingly positive response to our first video, we were eager to create an updated version that showcases many of the city’s new and existing employment, recreational and educational opportunities,” said MEDC executive director, Meredith Harris. “The new video aims to present Marlborough as a welcoming community that offers everything—from dining to entertainment, from good schools to great jobs—to people who are considering living and working here.”
