Len has been instrumental in our early successes and has created significant brand recognition for us in a short period of time,” said Inspirant Group CEO Amir Azarbad. “We are very excited and fortunate to have Len as part of our team.” In his role, Len will focus on developing the brand identity, growing awareness, building a customer base, and also will work to establish Inspirant Group as a thought leader in the digital transformation space.
Prior to joining Inspirant Group, Len helmed his own management consulting practice where he worked closely with Inspirant on a number of projects including the initial development of their marketing strategy. “I am extremely excited to be part of this team,” said Mr. Musielak. “After working with them as a consultant, I was enthralled by their vision and inspired by their desire to disrupt the consulting industry. Inspirant is on track make a big impact on the way consulting is done and am thrilled to join them on that journey.” In addition to his consulting work, Len also brings extensive experience leading operations and digital transformation for financial professional services and financial technology (FinTech) firms. Mr. Musielak received his bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Executive MBA program in Chicago.
