Krewe of Selene Crowns New Royalty
Krewe of Selene celebrates 21 years hosting their Coronation Ball and crowning 2018-2019 Queen and King.
Slidell, LA, December 18, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The Krewe of Selene celebrated 21 years at their Coronation Ball on December 1, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The ball's theme was "Martini's & Mistletoe" with live music from the Mixed Nuts.
The Krewe crowned their new Queen and King - Queen of Selene XXI Cindy Levy Newell Harness & King Lucas Bills.
The Krewe of Selene will parade through the streets of Slidell on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 6:30pm, closing out the Mardi Gras season in Slidell, Louisiana.
The theme will be "A Few of Our Favorite Things" with 21 floats (two tandem) following the traditional Slidell parade route and depicting favorites such as, favorite vacation and favorite sport, to name a few.
