)-- Future Electronics is a global leading distributor of electronic components with corporate headquarters in Montreal, Canada.
Robert Miller, the company's President, recently congratulated Rufina Lescano on the occasion of her 35th anniversary with the company.
"When I started working for Future Electronics in 1983, the company was only 15 years old," she said. "Between then and now, I witnessed the tremendous growth of the company."
September 12, 1983 was Rufina's first day at Future, where she began working in order picking. After a few years, she was promoted to Warehouse Group Leader.
Today, Rufina is part of the Canadian Cross Dock Operations, a department which evolved from the Montreal Distribution Center in 2006. "I consider myself privileged to have been a part of this company's growth," she said.
Founder and President Robert Miller believes that the company's employees are its greatest asset. Future Electronics highly values the commitment of its people, and milestone anniversaries are recognized with personalized cards, plaques, vouchers, and other gifts based on length of tenure.
