Canonsburg, PA, March 12, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Rivers Agile, an industry leader in the Pittsburgh region, specializing in software development with a quality assurance focus, announced their continued business expansion by introducing their new Director of Delivery, Chris Papic. Mr. Papic joins Rivers Agile after 13 years with SDLC Partners, LP. During his time there, Chris advanced to the role of Practice Director for Application Development and Quality Assurance where he led two consulting practices with nearly 200 total staff, all based in Pittsburgh.
After a musical upbringing and a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Indiana University, Chris made a pivot into the mortgage industry during the beginning of the housing bubble. His adaptability and relentless curiosity led him toward roles that occupy the space where business meets technology, enabling innovation and efficiency. As a Lean Six Sigma black belt, he learned how to lead organizations through change and demonstrate results. He led software development projects that enable such change, occasionally even developing parts of the software himself. Chris soon found his way into consulting, which provided a venue to join disparate disciplines and creatively apply them to help clients in different industries.
