Kelley Kronenberg Adds Three Attorneys to Its Fort Lauderdale Office

Firm Welcomes Thomas W. Arnst, Philip A. Jones and Anthony C. Moreland.

Fort Lauderdale, FL, March 13, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Thomas W. Arnst, Philip A. Jones, and Anthony C. Moreland have joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office as Attorneys.

Arnst assists in handling matters related to all aspects of liability and casualty defense with a focus on Third-Party Insurance Defense.

Before he joined Kelley Kronenberg, Arnst was a Summer Associate for a business litigation firm in Fort Lauderdale, where he gained experience in corporate law, business development, municipal law, family law, commercial real estate, and bankruptcy. Additionally, he served as a Summer Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Dorian K. Damoorgian in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Arnst earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Prior to entering law, he worked as a substitute teacher at Pinecrest Preparatory School in Miami, FL.

Jones assists in handling matters related to First Party Insurance Defense Litigation.

Most recently, Jones was an Associate Attorney at an insurance defense firm in Hollywood, FL, where he primarily handled First Party Property matters. He also served as a Legal Intern at the City of Fort Lauderdale Prosecutor’s Office. Additionally, he gained in-depth experience in family law matters while practicing law in New York.

Jones earned his Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science from the University of the Cumberlands and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York.

Moreland assists in handling matters related to First Party Insurance Defense Litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Moreland was an Associate Attorney in a civil litigation firm in Miami, focusing on First Party Property insurance defense matters.

Moreland earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science - Pre Law from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he worked as a Health Rights clinician securing Social Security and Medicaid/Medicare benefits for underserved residents of Miami Dade and Broward counties. He is admitted to practice in law in Florida.

Prior to entering the legal realm, he served in the United States Army for eight years, where he worked as a Logistics Specialist and completed fifteen months in Baghdad, Iraq.
