American Honda Motor Co., Inc., is proud to announce that John Eagle Honda of Houston maintained membership status in the prestigious 2018 Council of Parts & Service Professionals for the third time. This award is given to the top 150 Honda dealerships for operational excellence in their Parts and Service departments.

Houston, TX, March 16, 2019 --( “This honor says a lot about the quality of customer service one can expect from John Eagle Honda of Houston said Bruce Smith, Senior Vice President of Parts, Service and Technical Operations for Honda. “Their Parts and Service teams proved to be among the best in the country, and we are proud to acknowledge their achievement.”

“It is a distinct honor to receive this award for 2018 and I could not be prouder of my associates who made this happen. We empower our associates to make immediate decisions when it comes to the satisfaction of our valued customers instead of waiting for a decision or having to check with a higher up. We are always thinking long term and have always had that philosophy since I joined John Eagle Honda 35 years ago. This is the highest we have ever scored in the Council of Parts and Service Professionals Membership as we were informed that we placed fourth overall out of all large metro Honda dealerships across the nation. With well over 1100 Honda dealerships in the United States, that is just an extraordinary accomplishment! My thanks to every one of our associates in making this happen and to Honda for building the finest autos available today,” said Mac DeLaup, President and Managing Partner of John Eagle Honda Houston.

The Council of Parts & Service Professionals was introduced in 2016 to recognize the top Parts and Service departments in Honda dealerships across the country. John Eagle Honda of Houston earned membership through its dedicated expertise in Parts and Service and by completing key criteria for the 2018 program.
