Spencer Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of longtime Garfield Financial Center employees Marzena Czachor, Sharon Styborski, Beata Burdzy and Ewelina Biskup. The bank is also excited to welcome new team members from its Saddle Brook and Elmwood Park locations, Valerie Gaspard and Maria Guerra, to the Outwater Lane team. The promotions and bank moves are effective June 3rd.
Elmwood Park, NJ, June 10, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Spencer Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of longtime Garfield Financial Center employees Marzena Czachor, Sharon Styborski, Beata Burdzy and Ewelina Biskup. The bank is also excited to welcome new team members from its Saddle Brook and Elmwood Park locations, Valerie Gaspard and Maria Guerra, to the Outwater Lane team. The promotions and bank moves are effective June 3rd.

I am excited to announce the promotions of these longtime employees who have been integral members of the Retail Banking division,” stated George Celentano, Spencer’s SVP of Retail Banking. “The promotions reflect their significant contributions to the bank. They are loyal, dedicated, hardworking and smart professionals who are always focused on helping both the bank and community grow and succeed. We’re excited to continue to see their careers grow and flourish here at Spencer and wish them luck in their new positions and job role responsibilities.”
Marzena Czachor has been with Spencer for over 30 years and at the Outwater Lane financial center for 21. Her most recent position there was VP/Branch Manager. Marzena has received numerous awards and recognitions, both at Spencer and in the Garfield community. Under her direction, the Outwater Lane financial center grew from $170 million in deposits to $275 million. In her new role as VP/Market Manager, she will lead and manage multiple Spencer locations in Garfield, Wallington and Elmwood Park, where she will be responsible for the acquisition of profitable commercial customer relationships.
Sharon Styborski has been with Spencer for over 30 years and at the Outwater Lane financial center for 18. Her most recent position there was Branch Operations Manager. She has led and managed the financial center’s daily operations and has been an integral part of its success. A longtime resident of Clifton, Sharon is now being promoted to Financial Center Manager of Spencer’s Clifton location on Van Houten Avenue. As a Financial Center Manager, she will focus on the expansion and retention of existing customer relationships through needs-based customer consultations.
Beata Burdzy has been with Spencer for over 14 years, all of which have been at the Outwater Lane financial center. She was recently promoted to Branch Operations Manager of the Lyndhurst location and completed a prestigious bank training program. In her new role, Beata will be the Lyndhurst Financial Center Manager.
Ewelina Biskup has been with the bank for 5 years, all of which have been at the Outwater Lane branch. Her most recent position there was Universal Banker. In her new role, Ewelina will be the Assistant Financial Center Manager at Outwater Lane.
