Toronto, Canada, April 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Winters Instruments’ Safety Case Gauge is designed to be used where safety is a major concern. With a solid front and blowout back, this gauge features a 0.5% ANSI/ASME Grade 1A accuracy, full rotary movement and a micrometer pointer for easy calibration. The 4.5" dial makes the gauge easy to read even from a distance (4" and 6" dials, 1% accuracy available).

The Safety Case Gauge is ideal for use in petrochemical and oil & gas industries, where high pressure build-up may cause ruptures in the bourdon tube. A solid wall separates the tube from the gauge face, thereby forcing the back to blowout in the case of catastrophic failure. As well, the Safety Case Gauge features a safety glass lens that is shatter-proof, adding another layer of operator protection.
