Gratitude and Grace Consulting Welcomes Local Leader Into Partnership

Coppell, TX, July 31, 2019 --(PR.com)-- A new addition has joined the Gratitude and Grace leadership team. Mac Tristan is Coppell’s former Chief of Police and served as a law enforcement officer for 37 years. Mac’s role will be Chief Culture Strategist as a new director of the company.

“Mac is a change-maker and achieves extraordinary success everywhere he goes; we are honored to have him join our leadership team. He will immediately help with our current clients and brings a wealth of knowledge to help our future clients,” co-founders Todd Storch and Scott Wilson said.

Mac’s success in building a culture of servant leadership at Coppell Police Department has extended into a career as a lecturer on Problem Oriented Policing, Changing Organizational Cultures and Servant Leadership. His work has taken him around the world in partnership with other police departments, including the Chinese and Swedish national police departments. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Institute of Law Enforcement Administration in Plano, Texas.

"My entire career, and life, has been focused on service to others,” Mac Tristan says. “After retiring from my full time job as a police chief, I knew I still wanted to help organizations and people become the best version of themselves. I have been doing that through teaching, lectures, and conference presentations, but I wanted to be able to do more. Hearing the vision of this company and seeing the plan to achieve it; I knew this was the missing piece of what my purpose was. I'm excited about being able to work with leaders and organizations in their journey to achieve extraordinary success."
