Institute for Generative Leadership Announces CEO Appointments

Boulder, CO, August 14, 2019 --( The Institute for Generative Leadership, also known as IGL & IGL Global, has named Andrea Bordenca as CEO IGL USA, Maribell Gonzalez as CEO IGL Latin America (LATAM), & Sameer Dua as CEO IGL Asia (previous title, IGL India).

“IGL Global is committed to creating a global movement that brings the generative methodology into the mainstream of education, organizations, families and communities,” said Founder & IGL Global Chairperson Bob Dunham. “The global team comes together at the right time with the right people: committed practitioners and leaders of IGL’s methodology.”

IGL is a multi-year learning institution founded in 1993. IGL provides a pragmatic approach to leadership that includes full-body learning, personalized coaching, a structured curriculum, and a focus on producing results with your real work and life commitments.

According to Dua: “With a global presence, IGL will now be able to provide personal, professional, academic, community, and organizational leadership learning and development throughout the world.”

Gonzalez adds that, “Generative leadership has been proven to produce the same results for Spanish speakers and in Latin cultures. We are looking forward to making this available throughout the southern hemisphere.” Bordenca shared that, "Generative leadership enabled me to build a thriving and growing business and contribute to my community on a larger scale. I look forward to making these skills available to other leaders, educators, adolescents, and those who desire to be change agents within their communities and organizations."

IGL partners with the Newfield school of coaching, providing ICF-certified programs for coaches, and leadership courses with LaSalle University. IGL management believes that to truly be successful, leaders must master leadership as a performance art where learning and application must happen simultaneously. Unlike traditional education it is not enough to learn conceptually, we must develop skill through practice. The organization is headquartered in Boulder, CO. For more information, visit
