WMD Group with Richard Nagorny as New CFO

In the 25th year of its existence, the software manufacturer expands its management from trio to quartet. The generation change is now complete.

Ahrensburg, Germany, September 06, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Richard Nagorny has been the new Chief Financial Officer of the WMD Group from Ahrensburg since August 1, 2019. He complements the previous threesome of managing directors, Matthias Lemenkühler, Thomas Radestock and Andreas Nowottka. Nagorny succeeds Albrecht Lüdemann.

Matthias Lemenkühler (age 50), spokesman for WMD's management board, is the managing director responsible for development, technology and projects; Thomas Radestock (48) heads all sales activities; Andreas Nowottka (56) handles the partner side of the business. Richard Nagorny (49) now brings his talents to fill out the managing director team in the area of finance and administration. He has extensive experience in business leadership of large and mid-sized companies, both in Germany and internationally.

Most recently, Nagorny was Group Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at the software and IT solution manufacturer Werum IT Solutions GmbH in Lüneburg, Germany. At the global market leader for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, Richard Nagorny was responsible for Finance & Administration worldwide. His competencies not only include standardization and optimization of commercial processes, but also development and implementation of strategy, which he will contribute to the WMD Group in the future.
