Jas Darar Wins Award at ActionCOACH’s Annual Conference in London

Jas is convinced that he can help every single one of his clients transform their business.

London, United Kingdom, June 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Jas Darar is an ActionCOACH based in Derbyshire, England and was recently named a winner of the prestigious European “ActionMAN Points of Culture” Award during ActionCOACH’s annual UK, European and African conference, held recently in London.

Jas firmly believes that a “can do” approach is the key to success in business and tries to instill in all his clients a positive attitude to new ideas and methods. Jas has been an ActionCOACH since January 2007, and says that it has had a tremendously positive effect on his life.

“As soon as I saw some literature on ActionCOACH, I knew that it was what I wanted to do,” he says.

Before joining the organisation, Jas held senior positions in customer service and management for various companies. After the birth of his first daughter, he became more and more disillusioned with his employment status and felt that he was not experiencing the sort of personal and professional growth he felt that he was looking for. He also wanted to spend more time with his young family.

After discovering ActionCOACH, Jas knew that it offered the solution to his problems, realising that he had found something that could solve both the major challenges that faced him in his life.

“Joining ActionCOACH allowed me to grow in a professional capacity and, at the same time, spend more time with my family,” he says. “It was the best thing I ever did.”

Jas’s clients largely come from the Derbyshire region, although people also come to him from Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. He finds that their problems usually relate to a lack of time and money, and issues with team performance and motivation.

Jas is convinced that he can help every single one of his clients transform their business, as long as they have the right attitude and are open to learning new methods and taking on board innovative ideas.

“My clients come from all parts of the business spectrum, from engineering to hospitality,” he says. “But the one thing they all have in common is that ActionCOACH methodologies can and will work for them!”

Jas sees his future as being firmly linked with ActionCOACH and would like to employ a team of coaches in the future. He is passionately committed to helping business owners overcome the problems that can stand in the way of growth in their personal and professional lives.

Outside work, Jas likes to spend time with his wife and two daughters and is a huge sport fan. He is a season-ticket holder at Derby County FC although, as he ruefully admits, “after the season we’ve just had, the less said about that the better!”

Jas believes that ActionCOACH can help business people from all areas and skill bases.

“I love what I do,” he says. “I love changing people’s lives.”
