Seattle, WA, September 30, 2026 --(PR.com)-- West Coast Self-Storage has completed a major expansion of its West Seattle facility, adding 230 storage units and increasing the property’s total capacity to 1,087 units. Located at 3252 Harbor Ave SW near the West Seattle Bridge, West Coast Self-Storage West Seattle serves residents and businesses throughout North Admiral, Alki, the West Seattle Junction, Harbor Island, SODO, and surrounding Seattle neighborhoods.

The expansion introduces additional storage options, including large heated ground-floor units with high ceilings that provide customers with convenient access and added flexibility for storing larger household or business items. The new inventory broadens the range of storage choices available at the property for household, moving, and business storage needs.

Seacon Construction served as the contractor for the expansion. The company also constructed the original West Coast Self-Storage West Seattle facility, which opened in 2020 with 857 storage units and 65,240 square feet of rentable storage space.

West Coast Self-Storage West Seattle features heated indoor storage, drive-up accessible units, digital video monitoring throughout the property, controlled access, moving dollies, and moving and packing supplies. Customers can also manage their account through the West Coast Self-Storage app.

The facility is conveniently located just north of the West Seattle Bridge, providing access for customers traveling from West Seattle as well as Harbor Island, SODO, Downtown Seattle, and Georgetown. Storage unit access is available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
