The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has awarded a patent for the innovations in the Punch/Block Power Charger exercise equipment for martial arts and the Therapeutic Weight System for physical therapy. These related equipments focus on development of hands, arms, and shoulders. Other exercises can be used in core body development to enhance strength and flexibility. - December 29, 2006
